Cuba Launches New Habano Cigars Reserve into the World Market
HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 8 (ACN) Cuba launched its first reserve of the Romeo y Julieta cigar brand in the Churchil shape, which has the long history of all shapes of the famous Habano brand.
In the announcement, the Habanos S.A. Cigar Corporation explains that the product will soon be marketed by Habano cigars shops and other centers selling the best quality Cuban cigars around the world.
The reserve includes five thousand boxes with 20 cigars each made from tobacco leaves cultivated and harvested in 2008 at the famous Vuelta Abajo western Cuban region, after a three-year aging process, PL news agency reported.
Since the Romeo y Julieta brand was born in 1875 became one of the best known products of its kind and it has been particularly demanded by cigar smokers, who prefer well-balance blends of exquisite aroma.
Meanwhile, the Churchil cigar shape has enough reasons to stamp its seal on this first reserve, because it was named after former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who used to smoke this kind of cigars.
The Churchill Reserve 2008 takes to the lips of cigar smokers a Habano, which is 18.65 millimeters wide and 178 millimeters long.
